Contemplating

Today I was reading a fourm post of Wiccantogether.com about Traditional British Wicca being the only group of Wicca that believes it is allowed to call themselves Wiccan. I'm not too sure how I stand on that. Considering that Wicca was created and publicly announced by Gardner does not make him founder, nor creator, since he said that he was introduced to it and that to me says it is clearly not his. It's truly sad that human's have to be so hateful and have the need to one up one another constantly. A place that we go to for friendship and to share our beliefs with one another is yet full of rude and hateful people shutting each other down and telling others what they are and what they are not. Who determines what you are? Or what you believe? What is right or wrong? I believe that is a highly personal choice, and majority of it separate from moral choice. Religion may influence moral standards, or rather, you may chance your moral standards to conform with your religion, but before there was such a thing as religion there was a way you acted. The fact that some people have the audacity and hatred within themselves to compare Eclectics to child molester's when it comes to using the term Wiccan when they "clearly" don't have a right to it? What the hell is wrong with people. You would think that our Pagan family would be able to put all that snubbing arrogance and mighty attitude away and learn that we are from the same Goddess even if they do not share the same name.
