So I am thinking about losing weight. At least 10-20 pounds. Sounds reasonable to me lol. Now, the first thing I think I shall do is get a pedometer. I'm using the

Sometimes I get on a water kick, and it's not an issue. But other times...not so much. I tend to opt for tea, or juice....and of course soda. =/
